World of Material Handling 2022:
We collect and store your personal data, e. g. name, address, travel data, etc. only insofar as it is necessary for the preparation and implementation of the "World of Material Handling 2022 (WoMH)" event. If necessary for the provision of specific services (travels, hotels), we pass part of your data on to external service providers. These service providers were carefully selected by us, commissioned in writing and are bound by instructions. They will delete these data after the contract has been fulfilled.
You have the right to request information from us about the data saved about you at any time. This also applies to the origin of your data, the recipients to whom these data are passed on and the purpose of storage. You can revoke your consent to the use of data at any time. 3. Job applications

If you apply for a job at one of our companies electronically, your data will be treated confidentially and used solely to process your application. The transmit of data are encrypted.

4. Forwarding of data

Your data will not be transmitted to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. Where external service providers have access to your personal data, we have put legal, technical and organisational measures in place and carry out regular checks to ensure that the external service providers comply with the provisions of data protection law.

5. E-Tracker

On our website, we use the services of etracker GmbH, Erste Brunnenstraße 1, 20459 Hamburg, to analyze usage data. We do not use cookies for web analysis with etracker.

The collection and processing of data is based on the legal provisions of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f (legitimate interest) GDPR. Our interest in terms of the DSGVO is the optimization of our online offer and our web presence. As the privacy of our visitors is important to us, the data that may allow a reference to an individual person, such as the IP address, registration or device IDs, are anonymized or pseudonymized as soon as possible. No other use, combination with other data or transfer to third parties will take place.

6. SalesViewer

On this website, data is collected and stored for marketing, market research and optimization purposes using the SalesViewer® technology of SalesViewer® GmbH, Bongardstraße 2, 44787 Bochum, Germany, based on the legitimate interests of the website operator (Art. 6 para.1 lit.f DSGVO).

For this purpose, a javascript-based code is used to collect company-related data and the corresponding usage. Only static IP addresses are collected for this purpose. The data collected using this technology is encrypted using a non-reversible one-way function (known as hashing).
